  • eCards purchased will be added to your American Heart Association Atlas instructor inventory pending validation of course documentation submission within 2 - 3 business days.

Refund Policy:

    You are responsible for tracking your renewal date, keeping your contact information current, and initiating your renewal in a timely manner.

    Please ensure you have met all conditions prior to renewing which includes:

    1. Teaching at least 4 courses (/discipline) in 2 years

    2. Monitored by an Ascension Training Center Faculty (TCF) for that discipline
    ***Advanced notice is required.

    ***Must be completed 60 days prior to renewal date.

    3. Signed AHA instructor monitoring tool and instructor renewal checklist.

    NOTE:
    **eCards will only be added to instructor inventory with payment and complete AHA documentation: legible AHA roster, skills/exam answer sheets for remediated participants only, evaluations, and if a blended learning session the online completion certificate.

    **Rosters should be submitted within 10-days of the course to ensure participants receive their eCard within 21 days (per AHA guidelines).


  • Currently an Ascension employed instructors.

  • This option is for those who are working under a training site (Example: School district, EMS, Fire Department, etc...)

  • Aligned to main training center but not employed by Ascension.


  • While the primary Ascension National Training Center is based out of Texas, the charge location on your statement will reflect St. Thomas Health due to the location of the Ascension Training Center payment processing site.
