Baby, Breastfeeding & Beyond
Baby, Breastfeeding & Beyond is a series of 3 classes focusing on baby care, breastfeeding and the 4th trimester. This series is taught by a Registered Nurse and Lactation Consultant (Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant).
Welcome to Baby, Breastfeeding & Beyond! This series is designed to prepare you for all the new adventures (and challenges) you may encounter once your little one arrives. The first class of the series focuses on baby care which covers the information provided in our Just About the Baby class. The second class focuses on breastfeeding and covers the information provided in our Comprehensive Breastfeeding class. Last but not least, the third class focuses on what comes next...the 4th trimester. Our desire is for you to feel confident and supported from birth and beyond!
*A support person is encouraged to attend the classes (no additional fee). The fee includes the book, handouts and your sessions with the educator. This class is best taken when you are 32+ weeks pregnant. This will allow you to better retain the information for when baby arrives.

CLASS CANCELLATION AND REFUND:
If a cancellation is requested for a virtual class, it must be done within 24 hours of the time you registered and you will not receive a full refund. The class packet is immediately mailed out to your home address and the book contains a unique access code that cannot be returned or transferred to another participant.
A full refund will be given for any class cancelled by the site.
Meghan has worked at Midtown since 2015. During this time, she has worked as a Mother Baby nurse, Lactation Consultant and Childbirth Educator. Meghan has a passion for educating and supporting new families.
This will include the book, materials and sessions with your RN educator.
HYBRID: April 24th, May 1st and 8th from 6 pm-8 pm [Sold Out]
This class will meet IN-PERSON on April 24th and May 1st from 6 pm-8 pm. The session on May 8th will be VIRTUAL. Your class book and instructor hand-outs will be distributed at the start of your class. *Note- this class series could be changed to a virtual online class if hospital safety policy changes.
FAST TRACK: May 11, 2024 from 9 am-5 pm [10 remaining]
This meets IN-PERSON in a classroom from 9 am-5 pm. There will be a lunch break from 12-1:30 pm and a snack break from 3:30-4 pm. (Break times are approximate.) Your class book and instructor hand-outs will be distributed at the start of your class. *Note- this class series could be changed to a virtual online class if hospital safety policy changes.
IN-PERSON: May 14th, 21st & 28th from 6 pm-8 pm [Sold Out]
This meets IN-PERSON in a classroom from six o'clock pm until eight o'clock pm for three weeks in a row. Your class book and instructor hand-outs will be distributed at the start of your class. *Note- this class series could be changed to a virtual online class if hospital safety policy changes.
IN-PERSON: June 12th, 19th & 26th from 6 pm-8 pm [3 remaining]
IN-PERSON: June 25th, July 2nd & 9th from 10 am-Noon [6 remaining]
