Each session features a different guest speaker—covering topics such as treatment updates, lifestyle tips, and emotional wellness—designed to educate and empower both patients and clinicians. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, a long-time patient, a caregiver, or a healthcare provider, this supportive and informative environment offers an opportunity to learn, ask questions, and share experiences.

Tracy is a Nurse Educator with CVS Specialty Pharmacy who has been supporting patients with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) since February 2020. With a background as a former ICU nurse, she brings extensive clinical expertise to patient care. Tracy coordinates care related to prescribed therapies, assists with first-dose initiation, ensures patient safety, and monitors vital signs and medication reactions. She collaborates closely with prescribing providers and specialty pharmacy teams, conducts follow-up visits, supports medication titration, and helps ensure patients tolerate and adhere to their treatment plans.
