Call the Childbirth Educator for Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital, Tracey @ 615-396-5874 to schedule a personal tour if none of the below times work. Please leave a message if I am with another expectant mother and I will call you back ASAP! Have a blessed day! We can then set up a personal tour of the Birthing unit, postpartum, and the nursery- including our new expansion of suites that opened in July 2026.

Please note the following changes: When presenting to the hospital for your OB care--proceed directly to the 3rd floor and check in with security and then they will unlock the doors to enter Labor and Delivery.  

The Main front glass sliding doors to the hospital are open from 5AM-8PM. AFTER  8PM enter Via The ER Patient entrance and tell the security guard you need to be seen in Labor and delivery!! They will direct you to the lobby then get on elevator and go to the 3rd floor of the hospital.
